Returns and Exchanges for damaged goods are accepted within 5 days of receipt of the item. A full refund or full store credit will be issued if the item is received damaged. If the item is damaged, Aggiebucks.net will pay for all shipping return costs and shipping costs of the new item. Claims for items that are lost in the mail must be reported to sales@aggiebucks.net immediately. An investigation with the carrier will then be initiated and upon the conclusion of that investigation a new item may be shipped to the customer. NO returns will be accepted without the customer contacting sales@aggiebucks.net and a Return Number, which will be assinged to the customer upon the conclusion and confirmation of their return with a Aggiebucks.net agent.

An AggieBucks.net agent will inform the customer of the return instructions and the address or circumstances with which to return their item. All returns, including cancellations and refusals, are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as any shipping and handling neccessary to return the item(s) and the original shipping charge. Please note, the restocking fee and shipping and handling do NOT apply for the return of damaged items.


GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping estimates, select a category and look for the description of the item.

Shipping is standard at the moment, therefore shipping prices are as posted.

All items are estimated to be shipped in 3-6 business days.
